READ TERMS AND CONDITION
MUSIC EVENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Ticket Policy
All ticket sales are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable.
2. Attendee Responsibility and Prohibited Items
Attendees are responsible for their own belongings and personal property. The following items are prohibited at the event:
- Professional audio/visual recording equipment
- Weapons of any kind
- Illegal substances
- Outside food or beverages
- Lasers and fireworks
- Large flags or banners
3. Code of Conduct and Ejection Policy
Subito Music maintains a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, discrimination, violence, illegal drug use, and disruptive behaviour.
Attendees must follow all instructions provided by event staff, security personnel, and local law enforcement. Failure to comply, or any behaviour that endangers the safety or enjoyment of others, may result in immediate ejection from the venue.
4. Cancellation, Postponement, and Lineup Changes
Subito Music reserves the right to alter the artist lineup, performance schedule, set times, or venue layout at any time without prior notice or financial liability.
If the event is postponed or rescheduled, existing tickets will remain valid for the new date.
If the event is permanently cancelled in its entirety due to circumstances within Subito Music’s control, a refund process for the ticket’s face value will be initiated.
5. Additional Expenses
Subito Music is not responsible for any additional expenses incurred by attendees, including travel, accommodation, or booking fees.
6. Force Majeure
Subito Music shall not be held liable for the failure, delay, postponement, or cancellation of the event due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control. These may include acts of God, extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, strikes, civil unrest, war, terrorist threats, government regulations, pandemics, epidemics, or sudden failures of public utilities.
7. Audio, Visual, and Media Rights
By entering the event premises, attendees grant Subito Music and its authorised partners the right to capture, record, photograph, and broadcast their voice, image, and likeness on a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, and irrevocable basis.
Such media may be used in promotional videos, live streams, social media marketing, television broadcasts, and other formats without further compensation or approval.
Personal photography and videography using mobile devices are permitted for non-commercial purposes only, subject to event rules.
8. Limitation of Liability and Health Risks
Attendees voluntarily assume the risks associated with attending a live music event, whether before, during, or after the performance. These risks may include hearing loss, exposure to flashing lights or strobe effects, physical injury in crowds, and communicable illnesses.
Subito Music, venue owners, sponsors, artists, and affiliates shall not be held responsible for personal injury, illness, property damage, or theft sustained at the event, subject to applicable law.
9. Medical Treatment and Emergencies
In the event of a medical emergency, attendees consent to receiving first aid, medical treatment, or emergency transport deemed necessary by on-site medical staff.
Attendees agree to indemnify and hold harmless Subito Music from liabilities, costs, or damages arising directly or indirectly from such medical treatment or actions taken in good faith, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
10. Governing Law and Severability
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where the event takes place. Disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent local courts.
If any provision is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a competent court, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
11. Performance Attire
Performing candidates must wear appropriate costumes or attire in accordance with the guidelines issued by Subito Music.
12. Certificates and Accolades
Certificates and accolades will be presented during a ceremony attended by the Chief Guest towards the end of the event. Candidates who do not remain until the conclusion of the show will not be eligible to receive their certificates or accolades at the ceremony.
13. Schedule Changes
Requests to change the performance schedule will not be accommodated on the day of the event under any circumstances.
14. Breakfast and Additional Attendees
The registration includes breakfast for up to three attendees per entry. If more than three attendees will accompany a participant, please indicate the additional number on the registration form. An additional charge of INR 200 per person will apply at the time of registration.
15. Mobile Phones and Recording
Attendees must keep their mobile phones on silent mode during performances. Video recording is not permitted, as professional audio-visual teams will cover the event.
16. Certificates for Online Participants
Students participating online will receive their certificates and other applicable awards or materials at their registered postal address via courier, or they may collect them from the Subito Music centre.
